Promotion of education, training and career guidance to youngsters, especially those coming from rural areas, who wish to get into Civil Services (Central & State), professional services and other services.

452 candidates have been selected for IAS, IPS, IFS and other All India services.
332 candidates have been selected for KAS.
3600+ candidates have been selected for various State Government services such as Headmasters, Sub-Registrars, Lecturers, Sub Inspectors, Inspectors of Co-operative Society and Banking services.
322 have been trained for CET.
209 rural students have been trained to improve their vocabulary by spoken English classes.
15 rural students have been trained to improve their computer skills.
