Krishik Sarvodaya Foundation (KSF)

Krishik Sarvodaya Foundation (KSF), established in 1992, is a non-profit organisation founded by twelve distinguished individuals — including bureaucrats, academicians, businessmen, and philanthropists — with a mission to empower rural and semi-urban youth. Supported by patrons and members, KSF has built strong infrastructure to serve its objectives.

Core Objectives:

Improve the economic and social well-being of society.
Promote education, with a focus on coaching for employment in central, state, and technical services.
Provide scholarships, prizes, and financial aid to deserving students.
Support widows, the elderly, and the differently-abled, including funding old age homes, orphanages, and free hostels.

Key Achievements: For over 30 years, KSF has encouraged rural youth to take up competitive exams, conducting coaching for:

All India Civil Services (452 selections)
Karnataka State Civil Services (332 selections)
Subordinate services such as police, excise, and teaching (3,600+ selections)

With branches in Mysuru, Hassan, Tumkuru, Thirthahalli, Madikeri, and New Delhi, KSF continues to build self-confidence, communication skills, and career opportunities for thousands of aspirants across Karnataka and beyond.

Vision

To qualitatively build the capacity to train the educated and talented youths who desire to excel in the competitive world and make them skillful and readily employable in their chosen field.

Mission

To arrange for periodic training and make them successfully exhibit the talents with a specific focus on youths for promoting competitive spirit and setting the goals for their careers by channelizing and unlocking their potentials.

To strengthen the KSF institutions by enhancing capabilities and through resource mobilization and institutional networks.

My greetings to the viewers of website. I am happy to bring before you an updated, redesigned and developed website for the benefit of the website viewers.

Krishik Sarvodaya Foundation (K.S.F.) is a registered Trust formed in the year 1992. KSF has travelled quite a distance during the last 32 years, with your co-operation and encouragement. The main activity of the foundation is to organize coaching programme for prospective youngsters especially those hailing from rural areas to take up competitive examination for All India Services, Karnataka Administrative Services, other competitive examinations viz., Banker’s examination and other competitive examinations conducted by various government department .further the foundation is organizing programmes to enhance self-confidence, communication skills, personality development, spoken English etc,.

In tune with “Think Globally and act Locally”, Krishik Sarvodaya Foundation has established its branches at Mysore, Hassan,Tumkur and Cikkamagaluru. Establishment of branches at Chikkaballapur,Kolar are under consideration. On account of the coaching provided to aspirants for All India Service Examinations 218 candidates have been selected by UPSC and the appointed candidates are serving in various States and in Foreign Countries. 89 candidates who were coached by KSF have been selected for KAS and serving in various places in Karnataka, 141 candidates have been selected to the subordinate services.
